Build a New Life on a Solid Foundation

Cornerstone Transitional Living is a structured, Christian-based program that helps men and women of any faith background rebuild their lives through accountability, community, practical life skills, and personal growth.

We are more than a place to stay.
We are a program designed to help people move from instability toward independence, from surviving to thriving.

More Than Housing. A Program for Lasting Change.

Safe housing matters but lasting transformation requires much more than a roof overhead.

At Cornerstone, residents work through a structured program focused on building the habits, character, and practical skills needed for long-term success. Every part of the program is designed to help residents grow into stable, responsible, and productive adults who are prepared for independent living.

This is not simply a place to live.

It is a place to grow.

Lasting Change Begins with a Strong Foundation.

Life can only be as stable as the foundation it's built upon.

Jesus taught that the person who builds on His words is like a wise builder whose house stands firm through every storm. We believe those principles remain true today.

Our faith shapes how we serve, how we mentor, and how we care for every resident. While we welcome people from all backgrounds, we believe that building a life on the truth of Christ provides the strongest foundation for lasting healing, purpose, and stability.

"Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock."

Matthew 7:24–25

A Structured Path Toward Independence.

Clear expectations, regular check-ins, and a supportive community that encourages consistent growth.

A clean, stable environment where residents can focus on rebuilding their lives.

Residents are expected to work, volunteer, or actively contribute while developing strong habits and personal responsibility.

Budgeting, financial coaching, and practical stewardship to prepare for independent living.

Guidance from staff, mentors, and peers who genuinely care about each resident's success.

Opportunities to grow emotionally, relationally, and spiritually while building a stable, productive, and fulfilling life.

Who is a Good Fit?

Not everyone is right for our program and that is okay.

Cornerstone May be a Good Fit:
  • You are ready to make lasting changes in your life.
  • You are willing to accept accountability.
  • You are prepared to work toward independence.
  • You are looking for more than temporary housing.
  • You are willing to grow, learn, and build a better future.
Cornerstone May Not be the Right Fit
  • You are only looking for inexpensive housing.
  • You are unwilling to follow program expectations.
  • You don't want "someone telling you what to do."
  • You are not ready to actively participate in your own growth.
